He was brought into a company in a very perilous time and in a matter of months helped the executive team to work through trust and communication issues (compounded by family dynamics) to find a way to right the ship before setting course toward a shared vision for the enterprise.
In addition to his consulting, Kent is a leader within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) community of 14,000 member companies. Through EO Impact Day he is working to bring conscious capitalism principles to entrepreneurs.
